The TITAN LIFE Pump Disc is made of steel with a grey rubber coating. It fits a barbell with a size of Ø30 mm. The weight disc has angular sides, so you can practice functional body exercises with it on the floor without it rolling.

It may be necessary to add extra weight to your weight training if you reach a new level of strength, and for many it can actually happen very quickly if you train enough and eat appropriately in relation to muscle building. With these 10 kg. weight plates for pump set, your barbell can be up to 40 kg. heavy if you use two extra 10 kg. weight plates.

The unique thing about this fitness equipment is that you can do strength training exercises and functional aerobic and bodyfit exercises at the same time. A pump set is typically smaller than other barbells, and they typically come with angled weight plates so you can place them on the ground without them rolling when you are, for example, doing functional training exercises on the floor.

These weight plates are of good quality and can withstand being thrown around. Another smart feature is that they come with handles on the sides, which makes it possible to also use them as kettlebells or dumbbells for supersets or drop sets.
